Abstract :
Robotic process automation (RPA) is computer-coded software that automates repetitive tasks and processes. It is important for companies seeking to transform themselves by doing “more” with “less.” Used in a variety of industries, RPA refers to the use of low-code software “bots” to handle the repetitive, time-consuming tasks of human workers — such as invoice processing, data entry, compliance reporting, etc. The main focus of RPA in finance is to replace repetitive and rule-based tasks. Software robots can do many amazing things to make the life of a finance professional much easier. This paper highlights the use of robotic process automation (RPA) in the finance industry.
