This study aims to use data-driven methods to predict and analyze car sales trends and enable car manufacturers and dealerships to refine their strategies. Through the use of historical car sales data, economic metrics, and patterns of consumer behaviour, we intend to derive valuable insights that affect purchasing behaviour. Our research utilizes machine learning algorithms like linear regression, decision trees, and neural networks to improve predictive accuracy. Exploratory data analysis (EDA) is further utilized to extract seasonal trends, regional demand fluctuations, and drivers of sales. Insights from this work offer actionable advice for inventory optimization, pricing strategy, and marketing campaigns. The findings underscore the importance of bringing data-driven practices into car sales forecasting to keep companies competitive within a changing industry.
