This study investigates LifeLine, a digital platform designed to promote mental well-being by preventing suicide and fostering emotional resilience. LifeLine offers instant access to crisis helplines, guided relaxation exercises, and educational resources to enhance mental health awareness. Utilizing advanced data analytics, the system monitors users' emotional states and provides personalized support, ensuring accessible and responsive care. This research evaluates LifeLine's effectiveness in reducing suicidal thoughts, improving emotional resilience, and enhancing overall well-being across diverse demographics, including various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and levels of digital literacy. Additionally, the integration of LifeLine with existing healthcare services is explored to assess its scalability as a complementary mental health tool. Findings emphasize the transformative potential of technology in mental health support, demonstrating how LifeLine empowers individuals to proactively manage their emotional health while making critical resources available during crises, ultimately addressing the growing challenges of mental health and suicide prevention.
