Traditional attendance systems depend a lot on people writing things down by hand. This method can take a lot of time, is easy to make mistakes, and can be used by someone else to fake attendance. These limits cause problems with managing things and make the records of who is present less trustworthy. To tackle these challenges, the Smart Attendance System uses advanced identification methods like biometric checks, facial recognition, RFID tags, and mobile verification. This ensures accurate, secure, and real-time tracking of attendance. The system works through a single digital platform that collects, saves, and manages attendance data in a clear and flexible way. By using fewer manual steps, it greatly lowers the work needed in administration and helps keep data consistent and operations running more smoothly. Real-time synchronization lets admins, teachers, and managers check attendance right away, create automatic reports, look at patterns in student behavior or participation, and make smart choices for the school.
