It is an important tool for companies who want to stay in the lead. It helps them make smart decisions about the future. Businesses use predictive analytics to manage their products and set good prices. Predictive analytics in HR leverages data and AI to enhance decision-making, identifying at-risk employees and optimizing retention strategies. Through predictive analytics, HR professionals can identify patterns and predict future outcomes based on historical data, allowing for the development of more effective employee retention strategies.
