Abstract :
Theoretical and methodological training in the article is a set of special knowledge, skills and abilities that will influence the performance of a task in a certain field of activity, which in some literature is interpreted as a process of learning a specific job, skills necessary to perform a group of tasks. When improving the professional activity of a teacher, it is important that he increases his theoretical and methodological training. Theoretical and methodological training, of course, does not happen by itself. On the basis of theoretical and methodological training, such processes as learning to read, collective and individual research, experience acquisition, additional mastery, self-education are included.
