This research paper explores that how Inclusive and Effective Infrastructure should be delivered in India. This paper mainly describes the Impact of Information and Communication Technology and Internet of Things (IOT), The Impact of Public and Private Partnership in economic growth, Impact of Smart Cities in India’s Infrastructure. The main focuse is on Social infrastructure. i.e Health and Education. The paper relates that the development of Road and Highways, Rail and Airportcan bring an effective infrastructure. Arrival of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the infrastructure sector has brought about a proprietor ofchanges in the economy, including putting an end to a large number of government regulationsand has given creation to innovative schemes of financing infrastructure projects.In this view, this paper aim to give an sketch about the infrastructuredevelopment in India since the origin of the first five year plan. The paper focuseson the role of FDI in the infrastructure development in India especially since the Liberalisation,Privatization and Globalization era. This research examines that : How does the economic development affects by delivering inclusive infrastructure? And What is the role of FDI in defence on the Indian Economy?
